In addition to our formal CSR 'people' strategy and objectives Dunbia employs a fulltime Corporate Chaplain. The role of the Chaplain is to provide a wellbeing assistance programme for all employees to help them cope with life issues or difficult circumstances. The target of the programme is to strengthen our aim of being an 'employer of choice' by focusing on our employees physical and mental health.
