Our aim is to make Dunbia a great place to work through fair treatment of all our people providing them with the training and development they need to progress.

Across the business we deliver training to cover statutory items but we also train people beyond the legal requirement. In 2013 Dunbia was awarded 'Highly Commended' at the NIFDA Awards for Training Excellence.

We are an accredited Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Centre with 250 managers receiving IOSH certification, and over 34 managers have completed our Leadership for Growth Programme which is focused around six key areas of leadership:

  • Developing productive working relationships
  • Making effective decisions and communicating effectively and achieving results
