Customer Account Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a graduate to join a major leading organisation.  This is an entry level role aimed at an individual with high potential who is seeking a business who will invest in them.  Experience is not essential but commitment and desire are.  Exceptional training and development will be included as well as the opportunity to liaise and integrate with the Customer.  The role involves providing effective account support to the Account Manager, the understanding of the retail products, being creative with ideas and suggestions to assist in the progression of the overall account sales strategy.

 

The Role

  • Immediate responsibility supporting the account manager with weekly tasks and duties
  • Responsible for all administrative duties to include weekly and monthly reporting
  • Working closely with current customer to maintain and develop business relations
  • Review and analyse competitor activity to make actionable suggestions for growth
  • Fully understand the customers’ needs and work to manage time and expectations
  • Prepare presentations and samples
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Provision of reporting support for the customer on behalf of the account management

 

The Person

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • First rate presentation skills
  • Highly confident, with an inbuilt desire to be successful with a willingness to make the commitment that being successful requires
  • Must be able to display a track record of high achievement either in or out of work
  • Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to multi task
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily build a rapport
  • Computer literate particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Due to the nature of the role a full and valid UK driving licence is required
  • Will be committed to working within the Company Values

 

This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis.

All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
