Location: Dungannon

Working as part of our existing Production team, we require a Production Administrator to support, monitor and meet requirements and make a positive contribution to the Company's future growth.

The Role

  • Preparation of Production reports
  • Updating and managing absence records
  • Manpower Planning
  • Recording Labour requirements in relation to production
  • Assisting with updating SOPs and Risk Assessments
  • Managing Time and Attendance system
  • Liaising with technical staff in order to prepare reports
  • Supporting managers with Return to Works, holiday bookings and general absence
  • Managing Working Time Directives and breaches
  • Supporting with Overtime reports
  • Supporting operations in general administration

 

The Person

Essential:

  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of:
    • IT Systems and packages e.g. Microsoft Office
    • Office systems and procedures
    • Information management systems and the associated
  • Working as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Responding to queries and simple problem solving
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and electronic filing systems
  • Previous experience of working in the food industry
  • Experience of minute taking and accurate recording of meetings

 

Desirable:

  • Experience using Excel and spreadsheets
  • Experience in Time and Attendance systems
  • Effective communication, organisational and planning skills

 

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift basis.

 

All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand.
