Location: Dungannon

Working as part of our existing Retail Production Team, we require Cleaning Supervisor. Essentially we are seeking a determined and committed individual who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth.


The Role:

  • Ensure the hygiene of all areas of the factory in compliance with the standards set out by both the Hygiene Manager and Factory Management.
  • Supervision of all Cleaners.
  • Ensure responsibilities and duties are distributed appropriately to the cleaning team.
  • Follow all reasonable cleaning duties in any area of the factory as assigned by Factory Management.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • Responsible for issue of all necessary protective clothing and equipment.
  • Ensure high level cleaning is carried out on a regular basis as per cleaning schedule.
  • Assist and co-operate with the training of employees.
  • Liaise with Management and HR on disciplinary matters arising with cleaning staff.
  • Implement and comply with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good employee relations and promote equality of opportunity.
  • Responsible for food safety, quality and legality together with compliance with the company environmental policy
  • Maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations
  • Other any reasonable request deemed necessary to fulfil the role. 



  • GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a production environment ;
  • Good communication skills that enable you to carry out team briefs and any necessary written communication;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, together with the ability to assist in leading and motivating a team.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience would be an advantage;
  •         Basic IT knowledge (additional training on in-house systems will be provided on appointment).


This role operates on a Monday to Friday basis.
