Temp Despatch Administrator
Location: Cross Hands
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role holder will report directly to the Duty Team Captain and will be part of a small team that are responsible for the Administration tasks for the Despatch Department.
The applicant will need to be organised, motivated and be confident dealing with staff, Team Leaders and Departmental Managers. The main duties involve order processing and associated paperwork from the Hellenic EDI system.
Full training will be provided
THE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Sound knowledge and experience of operating computer software (Excel, Microsoft)
Established time management and administration skills.
The ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
The ability to work under pressure is essential in this role.
